Chargebacks And Credit Policy

Chargebacks fee: US$ 50.00 per chargeback debited to the merchant.

Acceptable chargeback rate: Up to 1% for Visa and MasterCard separately.

All Chargebacks received will be immediately debited to merchant.

Acceptable credit or returns rate: Up to 4% Visa and MasterCard.

Risk Management

YOUR COMPANY will have two separate accounts, which are:

Merchant Settlement/Corporate Account:
This account will be credited weekly with the sales proceeds less discount rate and fees. This account also will be debited weekly to replenish the Rolling Reserve Account and to deal with Chargebacks.

Merchant Account Requirements

1. Merchants should process a minimum of USD $10,000.00 / month.
2. Website must show privacy policy, security policy and refund policy.
3. Website must show complete pricing of product(s).
4. Website must show customer service contact information (e-mail, phone number, fax)
5. Physical delivery via traceable shipping method.
6. Existing businesses should be able to provide their most current 6 months processing history.
